Engagement Principles & Professional Boundaries

Connective Consulting Group works with organisations to support strategy, execution, and capability development. Our work is collaborative, context-driven, and dependent on shared ownership across client teams.

Shared Ownership

Our engagements are most effective when leaders, teams, and stakeholders are aligned from the outset. Clients retain responsibility for decision-making, execution, and organisational outcomes. We support clarity, focus, and capability — we do not replace leadership accountability.

Scope & Delivery

Each engagement is defined by a clear scope, objectives, and time frame. Services are designed to support execution, decision-making, and development rather than guarantee specific commercial, cultural, or behavioural outcomes.

Coaching Boundaries

Coaching services are developmental and system-based. They support reflection, learning, and improved ways of working within teams and leadership groups. Coaching does not constitute performance management, therapy, or a substitute for organisational leadership.

AI-Supported Services

Where AI-supported tools or analysis are used, they serve as decision-support aids only. Final judgement and action always remain with client teams. Outcomes depend on data quality, interpretation, and application within the organisation.

Change & Market Conditions

Market conditions, organisational dynamics, and external factors influence outcomes. While engagements are designed to reduce risk and improve execution, results cannot be guaranteed.

Confidentiality & Ethics

All engagements are conducted with discretion, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality. Ethical conduct underpins all work with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Engagements begin with a focused conversation to confirm fit, readiness, and shared understanding of objectives and responsibilities.
