About Connective Consulting Group
Bridging strategy and execution in complex commercial environments.
Connective Consulting Group was established to address a common challenge in sales-led organisations: strong ambition and capable teams, but inconsistent execution.
The business focuses on aligning leadership, sharpening prioritisation, and embedding execution discipline — enabling organisations to translate commercial intent into measurable performance.
Rather than theoretical models, the emphasis is practical, structured, and grounded in live operating environments.
What we do
Connective Consulting Group works with organisations navigating growth, complexity, or change to move from strategy to execution with clarity and discipline.
We support leaders, sales teams, and commercial organisations to align around clear objectives, focus effort where it matters most, and build capability that sustains performance over time.
How we operate
Our work sits at the intersection of:
- Sales strategy and execution
- Go-to-market clarity
- Leadership and team capability
- Practical, selective use of AI to accelerate focus
We don’t deliver slide decks and step away. We work alongside teams to embed execution discipline, strengthen ownership, and support real-world application.
Coaching and development are team-based and system-focused, grounded in how people work together — not isolated individual optimisation.
Technology and AI are used selectively as enablers, not as solutions in themselves.
Our engagements are collaborative, pragmatic, and outcome-aware — designed to reduce noise, avoid over-engineering, and help organisations act with confidence.
Who we are
Leadership
The business is led by Yasmin Kirton, a senior global sales leader with over two decades of experience across enterprise technology, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud-based software environments.
Her career spans across Europe, the US, Africa, and the Middle East — including:
- Ten years operating as an entrepreneur in Spain
- Eighteen years with Cisco based in UK & South Africa equally, covering Africa & Middle East
- Leadership roles across complex enterprise and high-growth environments
This combination of entrepreneurial ownership and enterprise leadership provides a dual commercial perspective — understanding both what keeps business owners focused and how large organisations operate across diverse markets.
Commercial Perspective
Experience operating across dynamic, opportunity-rich markets shaped a pragmatic, resilient approach to execution.
Leading diverse teams across regions required:
- Cultural intelligence
- Commercial discipline
- Adaptability in evolving environments
- Structured leadership alignment
That experience underpins the firm’s philosophy: complexity is navigated through clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution.
Professional Standards
- Qualified ORSC (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) Practitioner
- Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
- Trustee, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London
The coaching and advisory work integrates recognised methodologies with real-world commercial leadership experience.
How Connective Consulting Group Works
Engagements are structured, phased, and focused on measurable execution improvements.
The objective is not dependency — but capability transfer. Leadership alignment and accountability are reinforced so improvements endure beyond the engagement.
